Siesta Key

Siesta Key with its crystal white sand beach is one of the best beaches in the world. The Sand is cool to the touch no matter how hot the sun is. It is one of the top destinations in the world. View homes and condos for sale on Siesta Key.

Longboat Key

Longboat Key begins on the south side of Longboat Pass in Manatee County and continues down to to Sarasota County with beautiful views along Gulf of Mexico Drive. Driving down Gulf of Mexico Drive on Longboat Key, there are several public Beach access locations. There is even a bayside access for launching a canoe or kayak.

Lido Key

Lido Key with the glistening sands of Lido Key beach make this a fabulous resort area. South Lido County Park is a great place for long walks along the bay, picnics and kayaking

Casey Key

Casey Key is an exclusive barrier island with waterfront homes some of which extend from the Gulf of Mexico to Sarasota Bay. Casey Key spans Nokomis and Osprey so there are 2 searches to view.

Anna Maria Island

Anna Maria Island is a quaint and charming beach community where you can take a beach walk from the Gulf of Mexico to Tampa Bay with views of the Skyway Bridge.

Holmes Beach and Bradenton Beach

Holmes Beach and Bradenton Beach - Holmes Beach is located just south of Anna Maria Island and north of Bradenton Beach both are beautiful beaches on the Gulf of Mexico with the Bay on the eastern shores. Bradenton Beach is just south of Holmes Beach and north of Longboat Key.

Zip Code 34231 is located on the mainland side of Sarasota Bay and stretches from the Siesta Drive Bridge southward to Fishermens Bay. This area includes the waterfront neighborhoods of Aqualane Estates and Coral Cove along with great neighborhoods including the Landings and Gulf Gate.

Zip Code 34232 is located between Beneva Rd on the west side and Interstate I-75 on the east side with 17th St as the northern border and Bahia Vista St as its southern border.

Zip Code 34233 is located between Beneva Road and Interstate I-75 and contains the neighborhoods of Amberlea, Nathaniel Place, Covington Place and Three Oaks, along with the Condo Complexes Admirals Walk, Stonehaven, and Stoneridge. Bee Ridge Road acts as the area’s northern border, and Clark Road acts as its southern one.  The Ashton School District is in this area.

 Zip Code 34234 stretches north from 17th Street to De Soto Rd and west from Lockwood Ridge Rd to Sarasota Bay. Neighborhoods in Northwestern Sarasota include Indian Beach and Sapphire Shores.

 Zip Code 34235 stretches north from 17th Street to De Soto Rd and west from Interstate I-75 to Lockwood Ridge Rd. Neighborhoods in Northern Sarasota include The Meadows Golf Community, Country Meadows and De Soto Lakes.  Condominium complexes include the gated communities of Grande Oaks Preserve and Las Palmas of Sarasota.

Zip Code 34236  Lido Key, Bird Key, St Armands, Golden Gate Point and Downtown Sarasota

 Zip Code 34237 is located between Route 301 on the west side and Beneva Rd on the east side with 17th St as the northern border and Bahia Vista St as its southern border. This area includes Ed Smith Stadium and The Robarts Arena

 Zip Code 34238 is south of Clark Rd, west of Interstate 75 and includes Sarasota Square Mall. All the Palmer Ranch communities are here including the Golf communities of Prestancia, Country Club of Sarasota and Stoneybrook. There are also other communities in 34238.

 Zip Code 34239 stretches from Sarasota Bay on the West to Beneva Rd to the East. The northern border is Bahia Vista St and Bee Ridge Rd to the South.  There are many neighborhoods in this area including San Remo, Cherokee Park, Harbor Acres, Paradise Shores and South Gate. Condominium complexes including Orchid Oaks and Cordova Gardens.

 Zip Code 34243  The University Parkway area is in northwestern Sarasota and southern
Manatee County, therefore you can have a Sarasota zip code but reside in Manatee County.
This winding area stretches from Interstate I-75 west (including University Parkway) to Sarasota Bay and includes the Sarasota-Bradenton Airport, the Ringling Museum, NCF – New College of Florida, and USF – University of South Florida Sarasota Campus. 

Sarasota East of I-75 and Lakewood Ranch

Zip Code 34240 is located east of Interstate I-75 and north of Bee Ridge Rd. For the golfer or if you just want golf course views there is The Founders Club and Laurel Oak Country Club. There are also many great neighborhoods including The Hammocks, Laurel Lakes, Hidden River and more.

Zip Code 34241 is located east of Interstate I-75 and south of Bee Ridge Rd. Golf Communities include Misty Creek, Serenoa, Heritage Oaks Golf & Country Club and Bent Tree. There are also many great neighborhoods including Eastlake, Foxfire, Red Hawk Reserve and Tuscana.

Lakewood Ranch

Zip Code 34202 - Lakewood Ranch is East of I-75 in Manatee County. Lakewood Ranch is a planned community with  its own town center with shopping and dining, hospital and many upscale neighborhoods.

Osprey

Zip Code 34229  Osprey, FL  is located in Sarasota County just south of the city of Sarasota and also includes Northern Casey Key. There are a variety of homes and condominium complexes to choose from in Osprey, from quiet neighborhoods to The Oaks Club, a private Golf Community of both single family homes and condominiums.  Zip Code 34275 As you go South in Sarasota County you will find Nokomis along with Southern Casey Key. Nokomis Beach is a Public Beach and there is also a boat ramp, picnic area and fishing across from the beach. There are lovely homes along the intracoastal waterway and you can find waterfront homes throughout Nokomis including homes on Dona Bay, Shakett Creek, Lyons Bay, Roberts Bay along with canal homes with bay access. There is also a wide variety of non-waterfront homes to choose from both with and without private pools. Condominium Complexes in Nokomis include The Harbor Villas at Dona Bay, Lyons Cove and Blackburn Cove.
